The rules of the board — who we are, what we do, and what we never do.
BIUBIU2U.COM ("the Site", "we", "us") is an English-language listing board for surplus stock in China. Sellers and sourcing agents publish real lots; buyers browse, filter and contact them. The Site is operated from Guangdong, China, and hosted in Hong Kong SAR.
We are not a party to your deal. We are not an agent, broker, commission agent, dealer, carrier, escrow service or guarantor for either side. We do not quote, negotiate, inspect, contract, invoice, collect payment, ship, clear customs or handle after-sales on your behalf. Every transaction is between the buyer and the seller (or agent) directly, on terms they agree between themselves.
Sellers and agents must provide a real name or company name, a working phone/WhatsApp, and proof of the stall or warehouse they claim (lease, stall licence or business licence), plus a live photo or video. We check these documents for completeness only. Verification is not a guarantee of goods, solvency or performance.
One person or company, one main account. Extra accounts for the same stall must be declared. Undeclared extra accounts are treated as identity fraud.
Listing is free. Browsing is free. Contacting is free. We take 0% of any deal. We do not charge a joining fee, annual fee, deposit, membership fee, listing fee, per-post fee, enquiry fee, contact-detail fee, matchmaking fee, transaction fee or commission.
Our only revenue is paid advertising inside the Site, sold to sellers and agents, always marked "Sponsored". Buying an ad buys placement only. It does not buy ranking immunity, relaxed review, removal of complaints, deletion of bad reviews, or exemption from any rule in these Terms.
We may open advertising after traffic is established. Until then, everything on the Site is free. Ad prices, when published, are fixed by placement and duration — not an auction. Price changes are announced 30 days in advance. Ad fees are non-refundable once the placement starts, including where an account is later blacklisted.
You must own the goods you list, use your own photographs, and state the real quantity, price, grade, defect rate and location. Every listing must carry: category, surplus type, quantity, price or price range, grade (A/B/C/mixed), defect rate, total CBM or weight, base location and a contact method.
You keep the copyright in your content and grant us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, cache, translate and resize it for the Site. You are responsible for any third-party claim arising from images or text you upload.
Sellers and agents may publish WhatsApp, WeChat, phone and email on their listings and profiles. Buyers may contact them directly at no cost. We do not block, hide, relay or charge for contact details, and we do not require you to report or settle through us.
Because deals happen off-platform, you carry the risk. Inspect before paying a deposit, verify the stall exists, and keep chat logs, transfer receipts and unboxing videos. We never ask you to transfer money to us, never hold a deposit, and never guarantee a refund. Anyone claiming otherwise in our name is committing fraud — report it immediately.
No counterfeit or brand-infringing goods; no listings without the stock in hand; no stolen photos or another seller's identity; no bait prices or fake quantities; no weapons, narcotics, live animals, human tissue or other illegal goods; no dangerous goods, bare cells or uncertified electricals that cannot be shipped lawfully; no duplicate listings of the same lot to fake volume; no off-site payment links, gambling, pyramid schemes or money-laundering content.
We apply one standard to buyers, sellers and agents alike, and we judge on evidence.
Step 1 — Warning: first minor breach (missing grade, vague brief, stock photo, slow reply). Listing stays live; 7 days to fix.
Step 2 — Paused: repeat breach or unresolved dispute (wrong grade, bait price, unreachable contact). Listing hidden, posting suspended 30 days, ranking demoted.
Step 3 — Permanent removal: fake stock, fake identity, stolen photos, deposit theft, collusive claims, counterfeits, forged documents. All content deleted, identity blacklisted, no re-entry, no second account.
Paying for advertising never changes the outcome. Blacklisted accounts forfeit any unused ad time.
File a complaint at /rules/#complaint or by email to info@biubiu2u.com. We notify the other side within 48 hours; they have 72 hours to submit evidence; we decide within 5 working days and state our reasons. A penalised account may appeal once within 7 days; we review and issue a final decision within 7 working days. Claims without evidence are not acted on.
Rights holders may send a takedown notice to info@biubiu2u.com. We act within 5 working days by removing, disabling or requesting further information.
The Site is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service, and we are not responsible for third-party links, payment providers, forwarders or inspection agencies.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of reputation. Where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to a user is limited to the amount that user actually paid us in the 12 months before the claim; for users who paid nothing, the cap is CNY 100 or equivalent.
We are not jointly liable for fraud, breach or infringement between users where we have carried out reasonable verification and acted promptly on complaints.

We may amend these Terms; material changes are announced on the Site 15 days in advance, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the Site and close your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION — to be confirmed: the People's Republic of China / Hong Kong SAR], and disputes are subject to [COURT OR ARBITRATION — to be confirmed]. The Site is a business-to-business marketplace and is not offered to consumers or to anyone under 18.
