✅ What we require from every buyer

• Real buying intent. State your company type, country and the volume you actually order.
• One brief per requirement. No duplicate or copy-paste posts across categories.
• A real target price. "Price to be discussed" is only accepted together with a stated volume.
• Honest grade expectation. Say whether you accept B/C grade or only A — do not ask sellers to hide defects.
• Pay for sample freight. Free samples with no freight commitment are not allowed.
• No brand counterfeits. We do not accept requests for replica or unauthorised branded goods.

🚫 Instant removal

• Fake company, fake volume, or a brief posted on someone else's behalf without disclosure.
• Bait pricing — quoting a target price you never intend to pay to harvest seller prices.
• Asking sellers to ship before payment, or to falsify invoice values / origin documents.
• Harassment, off-platform scam attempts, or collecting seller contacts to resell as data.
• Requests for counterfeit, stolen or restricted goods.

Any of the above — once verified through a complaint — results in permanent removal from the board, with no re-registration under the same identity.
