Buyers and sellers are held to the same rule: tell the truth about who you are, what you have and what you will pay. A verified violation — on either side — ends in permanent removal. No exceptions, no second account.

What we charge: nothing

Listing is free. Browsing is free. Contacting is free. We take 0% of any deal — no joining fee, no annual fee, no deposit, no commission, no per-enquiry charge. Sellers and agents may publish their WhatsApp, WeChat and email, and buyers may contact them directly. Our only revenue is paid advertising, always labelled "Sponsored", and buying an ad never changes a rule or a ranking.

A profile that shows your bases, your inspection record and your languages. Buyers reach you directly. No fee, no cut.

Buyers — free, always

Browse, filter, post a brief, see every contact detail. No membership, no paywall, no enquiry quota.

Direct contact is allowed

Deal with each other, not through us. Message the seller on WhatsApp, ask the agent for a live video walk-through, negotiate and settle between yourselves. We do not hold deposits, do not take a cut, and do not ask you to report the price you agreed.

Because we are not in the middle, the risk is yours — inspect before you pay. Verify the stall exists, ask for a live call, keep chat logs and transfer receipts. We never ask you to transfer money to BIUBIU2U, and we never guarantee a refund.

The three-step penalty ladder

STEP 1

Warning

Minor or first-time breach — vague brief, missing grade, stock photo used for a real lot, slow reply. Post stays live, record noted, 7 days to fix.

STEP 2

Listing paused

Repeated breach or an unresolved dispute — wrong grade supplied, bait price, unreachable contact. Post hidden, no new posts, record visible to us.

STEP 3

Permanent removal

Fraud, fake identity, bait stock, counterfeit goods, deposit theft, contact-list selling. Listing deleted, identity blacklisted, no re-entry.

What permanent removal means: the profile and all its posts are deleted, the phone / WeChat / email / company name behind it go on our internal blacklist, and any matching re-registration is rejected. Unfinished disputes are still settled — removal does not erase a debt or an obligation.

Buyer integrity rules

✅ Required

  • Real identity. Company name, country and buyer type must be genuine. We may ask for a business registration or a website to verify.
  • Real volume. State the quantity you actually order. Buying 200 pcs while posing as a container buyer wastes sellers' time and is a violation.
  • A real target price. "Price to be discussed" is only accepted with a stated volume. No price, no post.
  • Honest grade expectation. Say whether you accept B/C grade. Asking a seller to hide defects or upgrade a grade on the invoice is prohibited.
  • One brief per requirement. Update it rather than reposting. No duplicate posts across categories.
  • Sample freight is yours. Sellers may charge sample cost plus freight. Demanding free samples with no freight commitment is not allowed.
  • Reply within 5 days. If you go silent on three matched quotes, your brief is paused — sellers deserve an answer.

🚫 Prohibited — permanent removal

  • Bait pricing. Quoting a target price you will never pay, purely to harvest seller prices.
  • Fake company or fake volume, or posting on another company's behalf without disclosing it.
  • Contact harvesting. Collecting seller WeChat / phone numbers to resell, spam or poach.
  • Payment fraud. Asking for goods shipped before payment, fake payment screenshots, chargeback abuse.
  • Document fraud. Requesting under-declared invoice values, false origin or fake test reports.
  • Counterfeit orders — replica brands, unauthorised logos, stolen designs.
  • Abuse. Harassment, discrimination, or repeated off-platform scam attempts on our sellers.

Seller integrity rules

✅ Required

  • Real address. A stall number, warehouse or factory a buyer could physically visit. No PO-box-only shops.
  • Your own photos. Actual cartons and goods. Catalogue images presented as current stock is a violation.
  • Grade, defect rate, size ratio. A/B/C plus the real defect percentage and mix. Say what is wrong with the lot.
  • Full price term. Price with FOB / EXW / CIF, whether tax and packing are included, and what the MOQ is per colour or size.
  • Stock you actually hold. Quantity on the card must be loadable within the stated lead time.
  • Answer within 48 hours. Three missed inquiries with no reply and the listing is paused.
  • Cooperate with inspection. Allow a third-party check (SGS, buyer's agent) before loading when asked. Refusing is a red flag we act on.
  • Same lot as inspected. What was opened and photographed is what gets loaded. Switching cartons after inspection is fraud.

🚫 Prohibited — permanent removal

  • Ghost stock. Advertising lots you do not have, then collecting a deposit.
  • Deposit theft. Taking payment and not shipping, or demanding 100% advance to a personal account as a condition.
  • Lot switching — different grade, weight, model or quantity than quoted and inspected.
  • Counterfeit or unauthorised branded goods, fake CE / RoHS / EN71 reports.
  • Multiple accounts to dodge a ban, or posting another seller's stall as your own.
  • Selling buyer data. Exporting or reselling buyer contacts — immediate permanent ban, both sides.
  • Off-platform diversion to avoid a first-deal record, then refusing to honour the quote.

Rules for everyone

⚖️ Conduct

  • One identity, one account. Company, phone and WeChat are tied together. A ban follows the person, not the login.
  • Prohibited goods. No counterfeits, weapons, drugs, medical devices, food, live animals, or undeclared batteries / liquids / powders that cannot legally ship.
  • No bribes. Offering our staff money or favours for ranking or removal of a complaint ends the relationship permanently.
  • No data scraping. Automated collection of listings, contacts or photos is prohibited; content stays ours and the poster's.
  • Civil language. No harassment, threats, discrimination or political / religious provocation in posts or messages.
  • Posts expire in 30 days. Refresh free with one click. Stale listings are hidden so the board stays honest.

🛡 How we protect both sides

  • Buyer contacts stay private. Sellers never see buyer emails directly; all offers route through us, so buyers get screened quotes and sellers get a real counterpart.
  • Verify before you wire. We recommend a third-party inspection and staged payment (30% deposit / 70% on B/L copy) on any first deal. Never pay 100% up front to an unverified account.
  • We are a matchmaker, not an escrow. We verify what can be verified and remove those who break the rules — but the sales contract is between buyer and seller.
  • Ratings after a deal. Both sides can rate each other once a deal closes. Ratings affect ranking, and two upheld complaints means removal.

File a complaint

How a complaint is handled

1. Received — logged within 24 hours, reference number issued to you by email.

2. Evidence — both sides get 7 days to submit their version. We do not act on screenshots-free accusations.

3. Decision — outcome within 10 working days: no case, warning, pause, or permanent removal.

4. Appeal — one appeal within 7 days of the decision, with new evidence. The second review is final.

False complaints are treated as a violation too. Filing one to damage a competitor leads to your own removal.

Off-platform losses — if the deal never touched our board and no rule was broken, we cannot act; we can only advise on evidence and inspection.
