Not every buyer wants to deal with a stall in Chinese. You have three ways to buy here — take an on-ground agent who inspects and loads for you, work with a trade partner who already represents your market, or go straight to the seller. Same integrity rules apply to all three.

Why agent contacts are not published: every agent here is booked and recorded through the platform, so the introduction, your brief and any dispute sit on one record. One click books them — no chasing WeChat numbers, and no risk of your brief being resold. The platform takes no commission from you or from the agent; whatever service fee an agent charges is agreed directly between you two.

On-ground sourcing agent

Physically walks the market, opens cartons, checks grade and size ratio, verifies certificates, consolidates and loads the container. You are buying execution — they are paid per visit or a small percentage of FOB.

Best for: first orders, B-grade lots, anything where you cannot trust a photo.

Trade partner / export agent

An individual trade professional who already has buyers in a specific market. They bring the order, negotiate in your language, and coordinate payment and shipping. Paid by commission on the order value.

Best for: buyers who want one contact across several factories and product lines.

Real identity and a real base. We meet every agent in person before their profile goes live.
Inspection reports in writing. Grade, defect rate, size and colour ratio, packed CBM — no verbal "it looks fine".
Answer within 48 hours. Two missed inquiries in a row pauses the profile.
Quote the seller's price, not a marked-up guess. Agent fees are shown separately and agreed before work starts.
Every inquiry logged on the platform. That record protects both you and the buyer.

🚫 Removed permanently

Taking a buyer off-platform and cutting the platform out of a logged deal (flying the order).
Replacing inspected goods after the report — switching grade, weight or model at loading.
Selling, exporting or reusing buyer contact lists and inquiry data.
Kickbacks from a seller to push a bad lot onto a buyer.
Fake inspection reports, borrowed photos, or reporting goods they never opened.

Any verified violation means permanent removal — profile deleted, identity blacklisted, commission forfeited. Buyers and sellers are held to the same standard.

Become an agent or trade partner

Free for a full year — no listing fee, no membership, no commission taken on your deals. You get inbound buyer briefs that match your bases and languages, and your profile in front of overseas buyers. Paid featured placement and ranking will exist later; it is optional and joining now locks you in at no cost.
