Every lot on this Site is listed by an independent seller or sourcing agent. The contract of sale is between you and them. We are not the seller, buyer, agent or guarantor.
We check identity documents and require live photos and video. We do not inspect every lot, count every carton, or test every unit. Grades, defect rates, quantities and prices are the seller's statements, not ours.
Surplus stock is sold as-is, inspection-based. Send an inspector, use a sourcing agent, or ask for a live video call before paying a deposit. Once goods leave the stall, disputes are hard to resolve.
We do not accept deposits, hold funds, provide escrow or issue invoices to buyers. Any message asking you to pay BIUBIU2U, or to pay a "platform guarantee fee", is fraud. Report it to info@biubiu2u.com immediately.
Forwarders, inspection companies, payment providers and translators listed or linked on the Site are independent. We do not control them and are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to a user is capped at the amount that user paid us in the previous 12 months (or CNY 100 where nothing was paid).
You are responsible for checking that importing the goods is lawful in your country, that duties and certifications are in order, and that your counterparty is who they claim to be.
